Regional Science Centre, Warngal is located on a hillock having an aerial extent of 15 acres on Hunter Road, Opp. Vana Vignana Kendram, Hanankonda at a central location of three towns i.e. Warangal, Khazipet and Hanamkonda. The operational area of the centre is 10 districts of Telangana State. The project is being implemented under the administrative framework of Telangana State Council of Science & Technology (TSCOST) and executed by Kakatiya Urban Development Authority (KUDA) with M/s. Aakar Architects, Hyderabad as the Architectural Consultant. Buildings with unique architectural designs, approach road, educative and exciting scientific exhibits, non-conventional energy systems, specially organized greenery, recreation and centralized air conditioning facilities form part of the Regional Science Centre, Warangal initially. Plinth area of the G +3 structure is 15,000 s.ft. featuring green building concepts.
